Prior to establishing Drinkwater Consulting Renata set up and led Ernst and Young’s London based EMEA Hospitality and Leisure Consulting Group for over 6 years. This followed eleven years as a founder member of the Leisure & Tourism and Major Projects Consulting teams at KPMG, another global professional services firm.
During her twenty year consulting career Renata she has successfully led well over 200 projects in the private, public and voluntary sectors. She has been involved in some of the largest leisure, tourism and heritage developments in the UK, Europe and the Middle East, where her clients have included private and public sector funders, developers and operators. Renata is frequently invited to speak at industry conferences and often writes for the industry press. Renata leads all client projects personally, with support, where appropriate, from others with the same commitment to quality.
